9 Years

We've made it 9 years! Yesterday was our 9th Anniversary, which is a milestone for both of us. I doubt we'll ever make the targeted 50 year mark because of our age, but knowing we've been married to each other longer than our priors was a special occasion for us. We decided to skip the traditional Tepanyaki dinner and try the Sunday Brunch at the Grand America. I don't know if it's possible to leave there anyway but stuffed to the brim. Crepes, omelets, smoked salmon, sushi, shrimp, crab, prime rib and of course a dessert bar complete with a chocolate fountain. I will never admit to how many plates we used, but it was incredible! Walking around the hotel lobby was also incredible. This flower arrangement was worthy of taking a picture of.
Keep in mind this was made with 100% fresh flowers. The courtyard was also unbelievable.
While Bob was trying to feed the statuesque deer, I focused my attention to the tulips with signs of the morning rain still visible.

Like I've said before, there's just something about tulips in the spring. I'll never tire of them.
